The first spot I show you are the occipital muscles which are on the base of your skull where the skull and neck meet. Google this muscle if you want to get a specific look at it. The next spot I show you is the sinus point which is also good for sinus problems. Then I show you the eye brows, forehead, and jaw. I end by showing you guys the Hoku’s point on the web of your thumb and index finger. www.CieAura.com

@Avatarsofrock he’s right too If you do what he said your body will release endorphins that have their own painkillers that are actualy stronger than morphine

  17. AvatarsOfRock says:

@cbpyron69 contrary to popular belief, massage should not induce ouchies. Pressure points don’t have to be beaten like a red-headed step child but rather worked into so that the muscle has time to relax and release. If you go deep pressure right away then you’re going to cause that muscle to contract and it will slow down the progress rate dramatically.

  18. cbpyron69 says:

actually the pressure point on the hand, a quick headache relief is right past the muscle he is rubbing. firmly hold that pressure point for a moment (it will slightly hurt) but this relieves your headache instantly and briefly, for anywhere from 30 seconds to 20 minutes, depending on the intensity of your headache.

Wellp. I feel great now! Thanks!

  24. AvatarsOfRock says:

@MajestyInTears i don’t have any pressure points in mind that will alleviate those problems. I would suggest stretching and getting a professional massage therapist to work on the muscles in your shoulder and neck areas. Massage is one of those things that requires Quality over Quantity. Sorry for the late response but hope that helps!

  25. diphenhydramineHC says:

    lol great video.

  26. MajestyInTears says:

    Amazing thank you.
I get really bad pain in my neck, muscle tension, the only thing that cures it is sleep. Do you have any pressure points for that?

lol @ “press like it owes you money”
